Delivery area and price

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard Shipping is free for supported UK addresses. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK are not accepted.

Processing and estimated transit

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 working days. After dispatch, estimated transit is approximately 4–6 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking, changes and cancellation

When the carrier provides tracking, we send the tracking reference after dispatch.

Ask for an address correction or cancellation as soon as possible at [email protected]. Changes cannot always be made after processing or dispatch has started.

Delay, loss or damage

Contact [email protected] with the order and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy. Domestic UK orders do not have import duties charged by this store; any unusual route-specific charge will be shown before the order is placed.
