Products, prices and order acceptance

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). A product listing and a cart do not by themselves form a contract. Your checkout submission is an offer; acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

Before submission, checkout shows the product total, applicable taxes and delivery charges. We may reject or cancel an order for an evident pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an unauthorised payment and will notify you.

Payment, delivery and returns

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully. Do not attack the service, introduce malware, circumvent security, misuse personal information or infringe another person’s rights. Product marks, images and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Liability and consumer protection

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law and changes

The law of Northern Ireland applies, while customers retain mandatory rights and court access available where they live. Updated terms will show a revised date.
